Service Call Guarantee
The client will pay for a single service call during a 30 day period regarding the specific issue at hand. A service call guarantee provides you protection from recurring diagnostic fees.
Swede’s goal is to find your issue and provide you a diagnosis and estimate. If Swede’s encounters an intermittent issue we will be happy to return and continue our troubleshooting process and provide a correct diagnosis. In cases involving a misdiagnosis, We will protect your experience by continuing to work with the unit until a correct diagnosis is provided without any additional service call charges. If required return trips for difficult issues are part of our responsibility to provide Your Best Service Experience.
We encourage you to reach out to us if the issue doesn’t seem taken care. Your payment for a service call secures our services regarding the current issue for a 30 day period. Improper use, abuse, or unrelated issues will not be covered by this guarantee.
Labor Warranty
Swede’s uses factory indicated procedures, techniques and methods. Using approved methods ensures peace of mind that parts are correctly installed, settings are properly calibrated, and performance is explained correctly. By following factory approved methodology, Swede’s labor can be covered by a 30 day warranty.
If an issue arises due to improperly installed parts, poor calibration, or related problems, directly relating to Swede’s labor, Swede’s will correct the issue without additional labor charges. We are happy to schedule a return trip and make sure the issue is resolved. It is our responsibility to provide Your Best Service Experience. Don’t hesitate to use the protection given to you by a Swede’s service call.
Part Warranty
Swede’s uses factory authorized parts and reputable distributors to provide you with an outstanding part warranty. Most brands will have one year of part warranty. If a replacement part fails prematurely, you are protected by this part warranty.
In the unlikely event of a premature failure, a new part will be sourced for you with no additional charges. Our distributors offer this protection on machines not serviced under factory warranty. The brands we partner with offer part warranty directly. You are not without protection if we source the part for you.
If a part fails outside of the service call and labor guarantee windows and is the only active issue with the appliance, Swede’s will only charge labor to replace the part. In unusual situations Swede’s will work with you to find a solution that is fair to both parties. We are committed to our responsibility to provide the best experience possible.
Defective parts
Sometimes defective parts are encountered during service. All repairs are tested to ensure proper function. Testing is the period where defective parts are revealed. If a part proves to be defective after a repair, you will not be charged for the part nor the labor until a proper part is provided and replaced. You should not have to pay for a factory mistake. Swede’s will gladly install a replacement part without a labor charge when replacing a defective part.
